Highly accessible if you have business meetings scheduled at the Ortigas or Pasig Business District
Basement parking facilities was still under construction. Breakfast buffet selection was not impressive. On hindsight, I should have simply used the toaster / stove in my room to prepare my own breakfast.

The rooms are always neat and cheap with a kingsize bed. the breakfast was satisfactory. - Check-in was fast. - I could enjoy the clean pool because the weather was fine.

friendly staff, good food in restaurant, easy walking to shopping centers, free internet.
curtains din't close, we called to reception but no one came to fix it. wet towel in our bath. very slow check-out.

The staff is great, helpful and they assist me in every way they can. The location is awesome, near shopping malls, and restaurants.

Staff was friendly, and helpful. A dispute over a meal discount was settled quickly and in our favor as soon as I divulged the nature of the dispute. The food was good, the breakfast buffet was excellant and included in the Junior Suite which is what we stayed in. All in all a good experience.

The pool is clean, the rooms are spacious and affordable, the customer service is outstanding, and there is on-site parking available.

The comfort and the all you can eat buffet breakfast.
The service was quite good at Lancaster Hotel. When I wasn't happy with the view of the room they had allocated to me, they kindly changed me to a room that was facing the city.
